According to Naija News, the ‘City Boys’ singer caused a stir on social media in 2020 when he asserted that none of his more senior colleagues had helped to prepare the way for him.

Burna Boy claims that no one in the Nigerian music industry has ever helped him because musicians were too preoccupied with taking care of themselves or making fun of other people’s success.

Speaking in a teaser for an upcoming episode of “The Honest Bunch,” the Grammy Award-winning musician addressed the misunderstanding that his coworkers have about him. The song “Jaga Jaga”

Eedris Abdulkareem took aim at Burna Boy, saying, “You hear someone like Burna Boy say no one helped him in Nigeria.” That is meaningless conversation.

Burna Boy responded by blaming those who contributed money for Eedris’ hospital bills following his operation in 2022 in a post via X.

In response, Eedris said he’s well and all, but he doubts Burna Boy will be able to conceive his children.

He wrote, “Yes, they paid for my medical fees at the hospital, and I’m doing great now. However, I don’t think any help will stop your sperm from becoming idiots, @burnaboy.
